These raw cocoa beans have been harvested and fermented in their natural, wild habitat. After that, they are dried in the Peruvian sun and then lovingly covered with a layer of chocolate in France. How should I eat raw cocoa beans?
You can eat raw cocoa beans just as they are. You might have to get used to the pure flavour of the cocoa first. It is entirely different from (regular) chocolate. It's a new flavour experience all together: less sweet, slightly bitter, drier, yet crunchy.
