Munio Candela candles are hand-poured with soy wax . This is a vegetable wax from soybean oil. A renewable raw material and biodegradable. Soy wax is non-toxic and burns much cleaner than paraffin wax. Soy wax also heats up less quickly, which means your candle burns more slowly and lasts longer than one made of paraffin.
