All products are 100% certified organic in accordance with European guidelines.

This means that the agricultural raw materials used are grown organically without the use of chemical additives and/or fertilizers. "The Bridge" also holds the IFS certificate, a standard for high food quality and safety. Water: the first quality criterion! The geographical location of this company gives the unique undeniable advantage of being able to use natural water of excellent quality. In the natural park of the Lessini Mountains, at 450 meters above sea level, flows the water they use for the production of their beverages. It is precisely this water whose exceptional quality was already known in the 19th century and which gives our products their unique and exceptional characteristics. The use of this water is therefore an essential asset, since water is still the main ingredient of these products.
