This mild soap/scrub contains lavender, juniper, coriander seed and lime. These essential oils can help with aches and pains, stiffness and fatigue and are wonderfully relaxing. One drawback, its heavenly smell makes it hard to turn off your tap in time.

The oats in this scrub have the Demeter seal of approval and come from the South German family farm Spielberger Mühle. These beautiful oats are biodynamic and have been given time to grow in the open air, without being hounded by nasty means. And the aforementioned beneficial substances are found precisely in ripe grain. So get in the shower and spoil yourself!
